Friday, November 6 Food and IE
I completely lost track of calories today -- my eating was super-grazing, but I'm going to at least list the foods. mini bagel w/2 eggs, sprinkle of shredded cheddar 270
2 iced skim lattes w/ff creamer 210

2 Full Bar 320
1/2 apple 30
2 baby carrots 5

Ok, this is good for me to see. I feel like I hardly ate lunch or dinner (didn't sit down for either one, didn't really eat a meal), but my coffee/cookie splurge at night totally put me over! (I should have split my cookie w/DH and gone sf on the syrup in the coffee.) Gotta keep journalling - it is so worth it!
