Well, this is just so telling!!! This journalling is just the kick in the pants that I need. I was at a conference today w/DH and as you can see, 1/4 of a chocolate scone, a cookie, and a snack pack of peanut m&ms adds up!!! Though I think I'm holding back on the amt./food I'd love to indulge in, I'm really hitting right around 2000 calories daily, which is just too much. Urrgg!!! It's not wonder I'm not losing anything.

mini bagel w/2 eggs, sprinkle of shredded cheddar 270
1 iced skim lattes w/ff creamer 105
1/4 scone 100
1 Full Bar 160
whole grain tortilla chips w/homemade salsa 100
cookie 150
sm. Veggie sandwhich on bagette 200
13 g pack peanut M&Ms 66
iced tea 75
hotdog w/bun 300
fries 80
baked beans 140
ice cream 100

Total 1846

Had a really good run yesterday and planning a longer one tomorrow. (The weather has been amazing!) I'm running a 5K on Thanksgiving AM so I'm getting ready for that and I'm glad it's keeping me moving. I'm also trying to get back into drinking green tea and I've MUCH increased my water. Baby steps, right? :)
