I am concerned. My TOM is here and I have been craving sweets. I ate a teaspoon of peanut butter yesterday to cut the crave. Didn't work so I ate 1/2 of a cup of chicken flavored rice. I was craving that too. Just a few mins ago, I caved in and ate a small honey bun. I feel better now, but what did this do? I am P1 1/2 because it has been 3 1/2 weeks and I have a lot to lose. So far, I have lost 14 pounds and I can't afford to gain it back!

TOM is notorious for inducing cravings. Part of it the body's need to replace key elements such as magnesium (chocolate, for example, is a rich source of magnesium which is why many of us crave chocolate during menses). You may also need to increase your lean protein by a few oz during TOM.
In the meantime, drink more plain water, MOVE TO P2! Part of your craving may be related to staying too long in P1 or P1.5. Get your carb level up to P2 levels (Phase two IS the weightloss phase, afterall!) Falling off plan happens to the best of us - the difference is getting right back in there and sticking to the plan.
;-)

HTH!
