Hi! I just wanted to say that I asked this same question on another board. It was not a FF board, but she does adhere to the lymph system bouncing exercises (Donna Partow) and she said that jumping rope was fine if you're under 40 and you aren't hurting your joints (good shoes and/or not hard surface). Also, regular trampolines are ok, AND... you can sit and bounce on an exercise or "medicine" ball! This is great news for some of us older or really out of shape FF's. :)

As I was reading thru the book again, I came across where she says "purifying the lymphatic system is vital for ridding your body of cellulite-like deposits during phase 1. ... The best way to do this -- is by -- either with a councing action or by moving your arms while walking briskly.

Breathe deeply thru your nose, letting oxygen into the lower part of your lungs, don't sit for extended periods, and don't overdo your exercise routine.

Even sitting on a rebounder while someone ELSE jumps is helpful!
