This eating plan is wonderful.  I still can't believe that in 4 weeks I've lost 21 lbs....and I'm NEVER hungry...binging has STOPPED!!

Presently in P2 and wondering if we can have a smoothie every morning or does it work better to alternate

with egg breakfast.

WOW - congrats on your success so far!
Actually, you can have whey AND eggs in the same day (remember, they are both added for other than their protein and the P1 menus were simply one way to incorporate the FF food protocols). I like to have a super smoothie breakfast with boiled egg morning or afternoon snack.

Super Smoothies are a great way to fill up without reaching for the carbs when you are in P2 and P3.
