I have been through phase 1 and 2 of fat flush plan.  I have started back on Phase 1 and seem to have allot of gas?  I started back on Phase 1 because I reached a plateau so I took a break like suggested and came back to phase 1.  I just don't have a little gas but lots when I eat anything?  Any thoughts on why?

Are you eating in a hurry or eating while talking?  It's possible as you eat, you are getting too much air if you aren't keeping your mouth closed.  Broccoli, radishes and hard boiled eggs can cause gas but that would make sense only if it's your first go round.  Last, you might not have noticed the first go round the gassiness but this time you are more aware of it.

Abrose gave you some great advice. I'd like to add the following:
1) Brassicas (broccoli, cauliflower, and the like) are high in sulfur and it can cause gas in sensitive folks. Cooking deactivates the sulfur compounds so - if you're eating a lot of raw cabbage, broccoli, etc. STOP! Eat them cooked to see if your gassy symptoms resolve
2) If you recently completed a course of antibiotics, you may need to re-populate the GOOD bacteria in your gut. Try adding a high quality probiotic daily for a week or so and see if the gas situation is resolved.
3) Parasites commonly found in the upper small intestine can cause gas and bloating (and a lot of other stuff). If you have pets, recently traveled overseas, ate undercooked seafood, etc., you could have acquired digestive hitchikers (I know - ewwwwwwwwwwwww). ALG's store has a product called ParaKey for ridding oneself of parasitic infections (way more common in the US than you might think!).

So keep us posted on the gas situation, k?

This go round I am eating more boiled eggs instead of cooking them.  I also take my lunch to school and have been eating my broccoli  raw.   I have so much that I would have noticed this the first time around.  I am going to start cooking my veggies more to see if that helps.  Also, the eggs.  THis time around I only eat my eggs boiled but will try and go back to cooking them.  Will let you know how I progress.

Thanks!

We did go on a cruise to the Bahamas but this gas didn't start happening until this 2cd round which is almost 2 months later. I have had cabbage and broccoli raw alot but am going to start cooking them.  Also been eating boiled eggs which I didn't do the first round.   Thanks and will let you know my progress.
