Whey proteins are tricky because what might be FF-ok TODAY won't necessarily be TOMORROW because sellers are constantly messing with their formulations. My best advice is to use FF whey (it's made from milk from disease-free herds w/o GMO, antibiotics, growth hormone), but if you can't afford it, find a whey protein which has whey protein concentrate, NO ADDITIVES except stevia or inulin or vanilla, xanthan or guar gum. That's it. Biochem 100% whey protein - vanilla - is one you could use. Show-me-the-whey, in many HFS bulk bins is another. Jarrow 100% natural whey seems ok today but read the label EVERY TIME.
