Hi everyone -- I'm new to this board.  Appreciate you taking the time to read my response.

I was overweight/obese until I was 28.  I lost weight on Weight Watchers...and...have had a very very hard time getting and staying at my good weight - which should be about 130-133 (my height is 5'6").

I got to that point once, basically because I got sick and the weight came off and then I was able to maintain it for about 6 months until the weight started creeping back up.

That said, I'm VERY clean about what I eat...in fact, I can't think of cutting any more food out without literally cutting out meals.  My weight fluctuates but I have about 7-10 lbs to lose depending on the day.  And I drink tons and tons of water.  My exercise is about 4-5 times a week, cardio and weights.

Some other symptoms I have - when I work out hard and my muscles hurt - my clothes get tighter for about two days. My face gets puffy.  I don't get hungry.  My weight goes up.   And it seems when I put a morsel of food in my mouth, my body swells.  For instance, I did new sit up regime with my trainer -- and now my clothes on my waist (normally my smallest part) are ridiculous tight (going on 3 days now).

So...I feel I need to reboot something but i just don't know what to do because in some ways, losing 40lbs was easier than this is...thanks.

Congratulations on your success so far.  You seem to be doing many healthy things.

I can't provide an answer to your situation because it sounds like it's more physical in nature.  Perhaps you should consult your physician for professional guidance regarding your symptoms.
