Hello,

I have learned to not use "labels" but I'll say that my mind has some striking resemblences of one with dissacociation. Because thats the perspective i get from it all day everyday. I'm sure some of it has to do with "creativity" as you can tell i don't speak in a usual way, at least from my experience of talking to others, no one understand me, so thats what brought me to this conclusion. Anyway I was wondering if you could name certain foods that have been known to boost your seratonin, and those 2 other levels ...i think one is called something like dopamine. And I hope theres no way i can harm my creativity, i need to keep that. And I'm still trying to research on what parts of the brain space you out. I am completly convinced that this condition is caused by a checmical brain imbalance,so i'm trying to balance it back out with focusing on proper mind sets and changing my diet. I want to wake up again, because i have "slipped out of this" before and i would love to do it again. Thanks for your time, and any advice you might have for me.

I'm sorry, but I'm not an expert on nutrition or brain chemistry, so you might want to ask a nutritionist.

Yes I did, and she was very helpful :)
I also just got a book from the library about this topic, so I'm off to research :)
Thanks!
