Hi! I only have time for 4, 40 minute workouts each week. I usually do cardio for 30 and then work on my arms or legs for the remaining 10 minutes. I just turned 31 and know that it's time to kickstart my strength training and build more muscle. Can you help me with a regimen that will allow me make the most of those 40 minutes?
