Hey all!!! I'm fairly new to the board, I hope to find some helpful information! Beware I may ask a lot of questions- haha:) So I workout about 4-6 times a week ... just depends on my work and school schedule! Well, my first and main question is right now I'm doing only cardio (I do plan to squeeze in at least 2 days a week of weights) But I have a question about cardio ... I work out for about 70 minutes whenever I do cardio ... but is it better to do 70 minutes on ONE machine (like on the treadmill) or is it better to break it up like doing 40 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the stepper (just an example)?!?! Also, if I start doing weights, do I still do cardio those days?! Like lets say I do 40 minutes of weights, should I do about 30 or 40 minutes of cardio as well? Well ... I leave it at these questions ... Thanks in advance!!! :)
