I'm in day 2 of meetings and suffering ; )

Thought I'd check in and see how everyone is doing.  I really hope to have short enough days Thursday and Friday to get in some workouts.  This past weekend was my first jog in 3 weeks, and I could tell it had been awhile!  I don't want to fall into a winter slump!

Hey Sonia! I'm having one of those weeks too - two events in two days and nothing but preparations before hand. Blech.

I have taken next Monday and Tuesday off, and then we get the Wednesday off for Rememberance Day.

I am vowing to get to the gym Friday and just really want to get back on track with my running!

Vanessa - absolutely! GREAT GOAL!!! LOL

Sonia - as active as you are - you probably already do this - but have you tried cross country skiing? I found a website that has all sorts of trails. http://www.a1trails.com/xc_ski/xc_wv.html for your area. I think it's your area. My american geography sucks.

Cross country skiing is one of those fabulous sports that's fun, keeps you warm, and is great exercise!
