Hey ladies - do you have a particular fitness or weight loss goal you want to acheive for November? Share it here and we can cheer each other on!

I know I would like to run a 5 K in 35 minutes, and get into the 130's by the end of the month.

My goal would be to get below 160 by the end of the month. Thats 4 more pounds so its doable. Ticks me off that I kepe relosing the same weight as I was at 159 in July and the gained 10 pounds over the summer but oh well just gotta keep going.

I AM going to re-start the Couch to 5K running program and hope to be completed with Week 7 by the end of the month. (I'm somewhere between week 5 & 6 now after my mini hiatus so I'll see where my stamina is on Monday when I get back on the treadmill)

PLUS - I saw a glimpse of the 130's earlier this week (although I'm 140 today) so I would like to see a solid 137 by the end of the month - really put me IN the 130's!

Ohmigosh. Well I'm still aways from my goals. I weighed in at 141 which is only down 1 pound. And that was TOM fluctuations. I'll have to weigh in next week to see how much I really weigh. And as for getting down to 35 minutes - I'm not sure. I'm still hovering around the 40 minute mark. I need to start working my way down.
