I AM going to re-start the Couch to 5K running program and hope to be completed with Week 7 by the end of the month. (I'm somewhere between week 5 & 6 now after my mini hiatus so I'll see where my stamina is on Monday when I get back on the treadmill)
PLUS - I saw a glimpse of the 130's earlier this week (although I'm 140 today) so I would like to see a solid 137 by the end of the month - really put me IN the 130's!
