It did work out well. I'm definitely sore today. Especially my lower abs which is always good! I love feeling sore. I guess she really was pushing me. I also did day one of the 30 day shred!! Wow. I can honestly say I thought it was going to be pretty easy but I felt my legs burning! The way I understand it is you do it everyday but would it work if I just did it between days I worked out with my personal trainer? I also did a little bit of pilates this morning. Have a great day!
