It did work out well. I'm definitely sore today. Especially my lower abs which is always good! I love feeling sore. I guess she really was pushing me. I also did day one of the 30 day shred!! Wow. I can honestly say I thought it was going to be pretty easy but I felt my legs burning! The way I understand it is you do it everyday but would it work if I just did it between days I worked out with my personal trainer? I also did a little bit of pilates this morning. Have a great day!

I guess I am. I think part of it is I just get in a mood to do it all. I shredded yesterday and the pilates that I did was on my On Demand channel for your legs. My legs are pretty sore today but I dont seem to feel anything from the shredding. I dont want to be overexerting myself. I just figure I have my training Tuesdays and Thursdays and I could shred Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I have my second training session today and Im really excited! I did take some before pictures. About how long until I take the after? I am just curious because I'm the type of person that will take them too soon and then be very disappointed.

I am getting slightly disheartened with my workouts. Everything is starting to become easy which I know means I am getting stronger but I wish I saw it on the scale. I have been working out consistently since august and eating better since September and I have only dropped about a pound. I am starting to get worried that I am going to get bulkier instead of thinner. I can run faster and for longer periods of time now. I am just afraid to take progress photos for fear I won't see a change after 2 months.
