Why does it seem so hard to squeeze in 20 minutes of exercise when most of us could easily fit in 20 minutes of ice cream tasting or 20 minutes of our favorite TV show?
I don't know the answer to that, really. Although I believe that everyone should give up the ice cream to workout instead. As for the 20 minutes of my favorite TV program, no way! (Especially if the show is The Biggest Loser.) ;)
