Ok so I recently turned 29 and have a career that involves average 9-10 hour days behind a desk and I am a mom of an 11 year old as well. I have been working out every night after work for about 30-45 of Denise Austin videos which I love but I have only lost 3 lbs in the last month. I have altered my diet as well but not losing anymore weight!! Can anyone offer me any help? I am really frustrated! Is it my age? I have gained about 10 lbs in the last year and a half, I am not 133lbs and am only 5'2". Its not where I want to be, but fortunately I wear my weight well and people think I weigh like 120 which is nice but any help would be great!! Thank You!!
