Not a bad week- 2 lbs here, but one was just re-losing the one I had gained. haha
So I'm at:

240/236/234/200 for now.

I will respond, even though there hasn't been much posting this week. I wonder were everyone has been.
I was down .1, but at least that was a loss concidering I had chinese this week and desert yestereday. So I will take it. And today is 100%....

hey, a loss is a loss!

I lost one whole pound from last Monday! Just what I was aiming for. :) 189.0.

188.0 for next Monday, maybe?

I want todays weigh in instead, haha. It was down to 220.5. But I will stick with what I posted.

Scale up

Thinking about doing the 4 day anti-bloat diet later this week Thursday-Sunday. I remember when I did it last December it was fairly satisfying -- Think I am mid-cycle (monthly) , and that combined with less exercise, more impulse stress eating accounts for the extra 3-3.5 pounds since last week.

Will not be weighing in at TOPS tomorrow as I have to get my parents from the airport -- so that will give me an extra week to get back into my maintenance range.

Goal for Thursday-Sunday is also to walk 3 miles a day -- will most likely split into two walks a day with Max.

 

MARG

  • Start weight 180:LAWL Goal weight 150 
  • Maintenance started September 2005
  • Revised TOPS Goal 160 March 2009
  • Maintaining 156-159 lbs
