Scale up
Thinking about doing the 4 day anti-bloat diet later this week Thursday-Sunday. I remember when I did it last December it was fairly satisfying -- Think I am mid-cycle (monthly) , and that combined with less exercise, more impulse stress eating accounts for the extra 3-3.5 pounds since last week.
Will not be weighing in at TOPS tomorrow as I have to get my parents from the airport -- so that will give me an extra week to get back into my maintenance range.
Goal for Thursday-Sunday is also to walk 3 miles a day -- will most likely split into two walks a day with Max.
