what have you eaten today?
tell us what's on the menu for you today so far ...... whether you're "on plan" or not, posts are welcome. we can trade tips for improving our choices!
here's mine so far (keep in mind my menu's a little different from the usual lawl fare since i'm expecting, but healthy choices and balance are still the goals!)
breakfast: muesli mixed with fiber one, soy milk; boiled eggs; 1/2 caff coffee, oj
snack: fiber one bar, grapes, 2 string cheese, decaf latte
lunch: baby carrots, lean cuisine panini, small bag cheetos (160 cals), diet soda
i'm wishing i hadn't had the soda .... ugh, heartburn!
