Ok, enough already. I ate within reason this weekend but not plan at all. It was my fling before time to get serious. I am starting monday and tuesday with unlimited TO. and then not more fooling around. I am sick and tired of being fat and not getting to my goals. I am hoping I have some takers to do this with me.
I will post the rest in my own journal, but, this was a start.

I won't be doing TO with you, Kristine, but my enthusiasm and support is with you! Get a few good, clean days under your belt (har har) and then see where your body takes you! Sounds like you've had some busy weeks at work lately--is that contributing to what's going on, do you think? Like, are you not sleeping as well, or making not-great choices?

Anyway, I'm cheering you on from PA! :)

Thanks Jess, and yes work has been crazy but I think I was sticking close to plan. I am going to get out my old books today that Mel sent out awhile back and make sure I am on the old RED. WIth being 5'8" tall and this morning I weighed in at, at a FAT 223.8 pounds. Pissed me off, big time. So already this morning I got out my George Foreman and grilled my Laura Lean Burgers for the next couple of days. I am normally not a beef eater, so thought this would shock my system hopefully.
Well, laundry is done washing and I have had one cup of hot tea, so I am off to the treadmill. I usually walk in the evenings, may do that also, but my neighbors kids want to walk with me and I walk slower cause of them. SO, I am off to the dryer and then the treadmill. Later this morning I have a facial at my salon for myself, and then coming home to clean this nasty house. What a day off, huh??

Ugh, how frustrating to be on plan and not be seeing losses.  Hope the TO wakes everything up and sets you on course!  Good luck with that BUSY day off! :)

Actually I got all my old journals out, and when I was at this weight I was on the old BLUE plans.
2 1/2 proteins (6oz chicken 4 oz beef I think)
3 starches
3 fruits
4 vegs
1 dairy
1fat
2 bars
What do you all think....
