How'd you do today?   Did everyone meet their goal for the week?

I'm pretty sure I did.  I have to go back and check, but I think I wanted 186.2 and I got 186.0.  Hooray!  185.0 for next week (which might be a stretch, considering it's Halloween!).

**Edited to correct myself:  I wanted 187.0 today.  And I got 186!  hooray!  Still aiming for 185 next week, though I may up it to 186, just to account for Halloween.  WE'll see how the week goes.

Mine was up, cause of my plan this last weekend, but I will be down next week. My challenges are to do TO today adn tomorrow and then I think follow the blue plan. I was doing the red and I am wondering if that was to much food, and that is why I was just kinda maintaining?/

But you're tall!  Hmm.  I guess it can't hurt to try it, see what it does.  Like, for two weeks.  Then add a few more things back in, like more protein?  I'm worried that it won't be enough food for you.

Do you feel full when you eat on the Red plan?  hungry?

Stayed the same this week, which is good given sis in law is visiting, so we go out with her alot so she can see the city.. Tourism and dieting don;t match!
But this week, planning to lose 2- so let's see!
