Didn't lose any weight this week, I was sick and now I have my visitor :( So my weight is varying, going with lowest :) Still working out 6 days a week.
Goal for next month is to be in 160's. God that would be AWESOME.

Take small goals that way you will not feel pressured or frustrated if you are not there yet.
I worked on small goals at a time. It feels better.
