Breakfast - Egg sandwich on 1 slice 35 cal. wheat bread with 0 cal. spray butter.

Snack - yogurt w/ fruit

Lunch - Grilled chicken salad with egg, low fat cheese, tomato, cucumber, broccoli, carrot, dried cranberries

Snack - 17 special K crackers and 1 laughing cow 35 cal. cheese triangle.

Dinner - Chili with ground turkey and wheat saltine crackers.

LOL you guys are too good! :)

So far I've had two cups of coffee with some pumpkin pie spice creamer, for a total of 80 calories or so. Lunch, who knows, but the tuna salad sounds good, so I may have that. ;) Dinner is still up in the air.

Well, I walked out the door this morning and left my lunch in the frig. Ugh! LOL So for lunch I ended going to Steak N Shake... I ate their turkey club with no mayo or bacon and low fat cottage cheese w pineapple.

The girls at work had peanut butter reese cups... I passed on them! Yeah for me!!! LOL

Chili is at home simmering now. Should be super tasty by the time I get there.

I am getting hungry again, so I think I'll snack on some carmel rice cakes.

Lets see...

Chili is so so easy - 1 lb. ground meat (hamburger, deer, turkey) browned, 1 can of tomato sauce, 1 can of chili beans, water if you want it thinner. Simmer for a while, no specific amount of time, just til your ready to eat. I just throw mine in the slow cooker on warm all day long.

Campbells heathy request cream soup over any kind of meat (pork chops, chicken, thin cut steak), mix with hot water and pour over meat, add more water or broth if needed. I always add herbs or Mrs. Dash seasonings. Again, I throw mine in the slower cooker on low all day. Sometimes I peel and put potatoes under the meat. Add extra water if you do this.

Veggie soup is super easy too - I put a beef roast with whole bottle of V8 juice in my slow cooker on low. Then I add whatever frozen veggies I want...mixed veggies, lima beans, green beans, carrots, peas, corn, potatoes. When the roast is done cooking, by the time i get home from work, I take the roast out, shred it up, and put it back in the pot. If you have left overs, put it in freezer bags and freeze it.

Yes, I use my slow cooker (crock pot) a LOT!! LOL   I'd be lost without it!
