Lets see...
Chili is so so easy - 1 lb. ground meat (hamburger, deer, turkey) browned, 1 can of tomato sauce, 1 can of chili beans, water if you want it thinner. Simmer for a while, no specific amount of time, just til your ready to eat. I just throw mine in the slow cooker on warm all day long.
Campbells heathy request cream soup over any kind of meat (pork chops, chicken, thin cut steak), mix with hot water and pour over meat, add more water or broth if needed. I always add herbs or Mrs. Dash seasonings. Again, I throw mine in the slower cooker on low all day. Sometimes I peel and put potatoes under the meat. Add extra water if you do this.
Veggie soup is super easy too - I put a beef roast with whole bottle of V8 juice in my slow cooker on low. Then I add whatever frozen veggies I want...mixed veggies, lima beans, green beans, carrots, peas, corn, potatoes. When the roast is done cooking, by the time i get home from work, I take the roast out, shred it up, and put it back in the pot. If you have left overs, put it in freezer bags and freeze it.
Yes, I use my slow cooker (crock pot) a LOT!! LOL I'd be lost without it!
