So ladies I have found out my Hubbies leave dates (he is in Iraq)! And they are in mid-January, he gets 15 days in the US. I am super happy but at the same time worried I won't met my weight goals by then! He says he doesn't care what I weigh, and I believe him, but I really really really wanted to be a smaller size for him :) Poor guy, I was 140 when he met me and two pregnancies later I was 190!!!!

I seem to have already hit a plateau as well :( . I haven't lost in two weeks. I don't know what has happened (besides bloating from my visitor)? So I'm just hitting the gym 6 days a week and watching everything I eat. Gave up my occasional beer altogether and wondering what else I can give up to help the cause!

How about smaller portions so you don't give up too much ?
Also drink that water too <wink>
Don't be too hard on yourself ..
It will happen & you will get to be where you want.
You have time on your side now so do your best :)

I agree with everything the pp said! I can't think of anything else you could do other than stay within 1500 calories each day!?!?

Good luck, you can do! I want to add... I'm so glad you get to see your hubby soon!!!

Jaimie?  Are you still going to the Y?  What do they have there?  What can you use?  The pool, excercise machines?  How often can you go? 

I am sure your dh isn't going to care or maybe even notice your weight.  He will be soooo happy to see you and the little princess!!! 

Just think positively.  Too often we hit a place where we don't lose.  I have often noticed that it is when I have dropped a few pounds my body needs time to 'catch' up.  I have seen my weight go down but not size.  Then I don't lose for awhile and then my body shapes up or 'shrinks'.  lol 

Hang in there!  and keep posting!

Yeah I'm going to the Ymca 5-6 days a week! I usually ran 2 miles on treadmill at 5.5 and then jump on exercise bike and either do 10 miles or 20 minutes on level 7 (that sucks). I've done a spin class twice. I always finish the workout off with some weights targeting my arms only.

I'm sticking to the diet...so I don't know why I'm stuck, but I'm determined to break this.

I biked over 100 miles in October!!!
