I am trying to lose 45 lbs and having a really hard time. The last few years have been crazy. When I had my youngest i was on bed rest all the time and went from 140 all the way to just over 200lbs in labor with her. When she was 9 months old my Dh was sent to Iraq for 15 months and I managed to lose most of that weight. When he came home we went through alot in our marriage and he had some health issues that needed to be addressed. So the weight came back on and now I sit at 175.YUCK! That is awful for someone who is only 5ft2inches.I just need some encouragement and ideas to get it off.I eat very well and lean.I run 1 mile a day and use weights 5 days a week and I am seeing no results.I am going to my doc to see if there is not something underlineing. But I would realy like some support. My Husband has a big formal event coming up in six weeks and I would like to be more fit by than.thanks so much

Hi! Welcome!! Happy to see you here!! Feel free to post a daily journal if you want. Sometimes it helps to document everything from food to exercise. Do you count calories? It helps some people, others hate it (I'm on the hate it side). You're definately getting a ton more exercise than I do...good for you!!!!

Hi and welcome to the board!  It really is so frutstrating when we seem to hit a plateau.  I once hit one for 3 months.  I'm surprised I didn't give up!  lol

How long have you been trying to lose what you had put back on? Sometimes it take time see results.....
