VERY rarely. I try, but if my dh gets overtime, then things get rearranged, etc.

Well, I said I do, but the way we do it is that we make a weekly menu on Friday night and go to the grocery store either Friday night or Saturday morning (least crowded days).  We plan out 7 meals, but we don't necessarily assign them to a specific day, except weekend meals that are typically more time consuming to make.

I highly recommend menu planning.  It saves a ton of time figuring out what's for dinner and whether you have what you need to make it.  You also have a lot more control over your meals and calories/fat content and portion control.  Planning is key to successful maintenance down the road.

YOu write it down though right ?
Even switching nights is fine ..
Least you have an idea of what you will be having for that week :)

That is how we do it as well,
Switch it around perhaps during the week ..
But already knowing & Having what we need really helps.
