Who is up to a 'challenge'?
Are you up to a challenge? Right now, we are all struggling... <sigh> So, what about a board challenge whether it be the first 5 or the last 5 of something in between. I'm not talking BIG challenge. Just one 'healthy' challenge. Whether it be something like drinking x amount of water, or x amount of steps or excercise or whatever...
So, what do you think? Can we band together for a 'challenge'? Something that works no matter what 'plan' you may be on? Something for a bit more encouragement?
