I was SO bad last night!!

We went out last night with a bunch of friends. There was probably about 15-20 of us. We started at Applebees for happy hour and dinner. I did pretty good there. Then we went to a bar that serves ice cold pitchers with frosted mugs! Ugh! Everyone was buying pitchers and everyone was sharing. I don't even have a clue how much I drank! Way to much, I can tell you that!

Back on track now!!! Lots of water to rehydrate myself! Lots of fruits and veggies and salads and grilled foods!

On a good note... We all had a great time last night! LOL

The good thing is you are not beating yourself up over it but dusting yourself off and getting back on track!  Maybe remember this for next time and remember that you have to have a good time once in awhile too!

LoL....me too!! I had taco bell last nite...it was off the Fresco menu thou, two soft tacos at 170 calories each. And then I had 4 Mich Ultras with my friend Dylan. So I had about 670 calories last nite before bed! Noooooooos.

Like you said I'm drinking plenty of water gearing up for an afternoon run.

Yeah, it was a bad night. I knew I was going to blow my calorie intake. I just didn't know I was going to drink like I did. Oh well, I was back on track all day yesterday. I didn't get any exercise in except for housework and laundry, I was so exhausted from the night before. We ended up going on a 3 hour motorcycle ride. We're hoping to get another long ride in today.

Anyway, on a good note...even with my screw up friday night, I've managed to lose 2 lbs!! Yeah!!! Not sure how that happened considering I probably drank a full days worth of calories! Oh well, I'm not arguing with the scale!!!

Sounds like you had a good time! :)

I believe as long as you know you were bad, and plan on fixing it, everything will be fine. It's when we begin to sabotage ourselves by saying, "Ah well, I did bad, might as well continue since I already messed up the dieting..." that we lose momentum. :)
