More and more moms are turning to plastic surgeons to zap stretch marks, loose belly skin and other postpartum “battle scars”. Would you undergo surgery to regain your prebaby body?

Well my pre-baby body was crap, so I really don't think that would make a hill of beans for me. I barely got stretch marks with my son, since I already had them all over! My husband and I have been talking about a breast reduction though recently, but I don't think it will ever happen. I worry about my skin sometimes though, like even if I lose the weight, I am not sure my skin will bounce back so quickly.

***MAYBE*** a boob lift but not an enlargement or anything like that.  And, um...probably TMI but my midwife and the dr also attending, did a crap job making sure I didn't have tearing during delivery (they virtually gauranteed they could deliver ds with NO tears) and so I'm left totally torn up and sex is quite uncomfortable as a result...someday I ***WILL*** get that fixed up (I didn't even know you *could* till I saw it done on Dr. 90210!!).

Yeah, TMI but totally truthful...

Oh, Melea, that is so terrible!  There isnt any excuse for that.  My last two babies were 9lb 6 oz and 9lb 11oz and I had absolutely no tearing.  I didnt know they could fix that either, but Im glad they can.

I would love a boob lift, but Im too chicken to have unnecessary surgery!

To answer my own question I would get a breast augmentation, and would do it in a heartbeat if I didn't have to be put under. Not large at all, just after 3 kids to make them "perky" again.
