Maybe I'll give journaling over here another whirl. I tried in August I think, skipped September so maybe October will be the charm for me :-)

Monday October 5

9:30 - 12 oz coffee, 2 cream, 2 Equal
12 - Instant brown sugar oatmeal
3:30 - Morningstar Star Farms "burger" w/ slice 2% cheese on Fiber One english muffin, can of Healthy Choice Chicken & Rice Soup
6:30 - Pear
7:00 - Crockpot bbq chicken, couscous, brussel sprouts, mac n cheese
10 - Glass of wine, 2 Reese's cups, individual saize bag of SunChips

Water
Mon - 48 oz

Exercise
Mon - Couch to 5K: Week 4, Day 3 (40 min, 332 cal burned)

Notes
Brought my food for work so didn't do as bad. Argument with xdh caused the 10:00 feeding frenzy :-(

Tuesday October 6

9:30 - 12 oz coffee, 2 cream, 2 Equal
2:45 - Corner Bakery Meatball Sandwich, chips, cream cheese brownie (Waited WAY TOO LONG to eat for the day and ended up overeating)
7:30 - Whole grain pasta w/ sauce & Italian turkey sausage, broccoli/cauliflower mix

Water
Mon - 48 oz
Tue - 48 oz

Exercise
Mon - Couch to 5K: Week 4, Day 3 (40 min, 332 cal burned)
Tue - NONE (achy back/shoulder area AGAIN)

Notes
Didn't bring food to work - back/shoulder was so sore in the morning.

Hey, you didn't eat breakfast--no wonder you binged at lunch.

When I don't eat breakfast, I binge all day long, so I always start my day off with oatmeal.

Your couch to 5K is coming along!

I know - I didn't pack any food for work so by the time I ran out at lunch I totally binged!

Wednesday October 7

9:30 - 12 oz coffee, 2 cream, 2 Equal, Corner Bakery raisin bagel w/ lt cream cheese
3:30 - Morning Star Farms Tomato & Basil Pizza Burger on Fiber One English Muffin, Progresso Light Italian Vegetable Soup
6:30 - Leftover whole grain pasta w/ sauce & Italian turkey sausage, brussel sprouts
8:30 - Edy's churned chocolate ice cream with fresh strawberries

Water
Mon - 48 oz
Tue - 48 oz
Wed - 56 oz

Exercise
Mon - Couch to 5K: Week 4, Day 3 (40 min, 332 cal burned)
Tue - NONE (achy back/shoulder area AGAIN)
Wed - Couch to 5K: Week 4, Day 4 (40 min, 329 cal burned)

Notes
Shoulder felt fine while I was running. Maybe I should just keep running in place lole
