Warning post could me TMI I am definatly being open and honest here!!
Ok, I've been looking back over the last few months because I feel like a pretty big failure right now. (Only 1 lb down in 2 mos basically.. grr.. all because I have been eating what I want when I want, drinking NO water and not working out!)
Sooo.. here's whats bugging me!
1. I have lost 29 lbs almost as much as my 6 year old weighs total.. and I still have a belly, and now a roll over my pants I never remember having before! Gravity has not been my friend!
2. with backing off the workouts my muscle has turned soft FAST! way faster than it took to get it more toned SOO not fair!
3. the fat has gotten soft which is yucky feeling.. (but I found out that soft fat means its moving out!!)
4. I got off track. I got lazy.. I'm mad I am not as far as I should be at this point.
Soo I can concentrate on that or I can concentrate on the positives..
1. I have been on this track this time basically since April. From April until now (6 months) I've lost a total of 29 lbs and gone from a size 16 to a size 9-10 Thats not too bad!!
2. I did stay on track for 4 months straight to see those results!
3. I can lose the rest of this weight in 6 mos or less ( preferably less) if I just get back on track!
4. People have actually noticed I've lost weight so it must be a noticable amount
5. noticing I have fat in places I didnt know I had, means that the places that bug me the most ( that preggo looking belly) have gone down enough I can notice other places LOLOLOL
6. Its already easier to get up and down, and I can keep going longer.. I can even jog with my son alittle without falling out.. though my knees STILL think Im crazy!
7. I have been off track for almost 2 months and not gained back! Sooo I can maintain this once I reach goal as long as I am fairly conscious of my eating and working out habits!
Sooo.. thats my brainstorming! Anyone else care to share theirs??
