Hey all

Well, I am back from my little run away adventure adn had a blast. We saw Brett As he normally plays, some great passes, a couple touchdowns and an interception. I am refreshed and ready to get some stuff done

Now, its time to get back in the swing of things. I know I have a TON of stuff to do this week, what about you?

What are your fitness plans this week?

Think I'm ready to move on to Week 5 of the Couch to 5K plan after spending an extra 2 days on Week 4.

Adding alot more stretching to my workouts this week. The weather change has my joints aching!! I feel like I need to stretch seriously bad! Its crazy!!

I did find out I can almost do the splits still.. Yep.. can women have a midlife crisis?? LOL.. NO seriously I was stretching etc.. and decided to just try it whats the worst that can happen huh?? Get stuck  and have to yell for help?? Sooo I went for it and I can get almost all the way down! Sooo maybe I'm not so old after all.. LOLOLOL.. Yes ladies now hop up off the floor.. rolling around laughing is fun but does NOT count as alot of exercise!!

Going for 3 days of shredding at the very least and bumping up my water intake and taking down my coke intake AGAIN! Ughh one day I'll quit running around that mountain!

Wow, hon you are braver than I. I am glad you were able to accomplish so much. I am sorry your so achy, I have been like that too. My back just has not forgiven me for last week. I am mostly okay, but I am still getting twinges.

And as for the soday, I am facing the same Mountain, and it is easier some days to run around it than face it. And I am sure you will get your shred in. Did you do any so far this week?
