Whats on your agenda this week? Personal-wise: Going to see some family in Detroit. Scheduling my son's second flu shot (the followup)...possibly the H1N1???
Are you going to get your fitness goals in as well? Fitness-wise: walking/jogging/running at least 20 minutes each day...that and combined with the running around play I do with my dogs is a good workout haha. So far so good...bought some new running shoes yesterday and it's been great to workout and have it feel GOOD on my feet, so much easier!
