Comes great responsibility... (Oh wait, thats Spiderman). I guess with Mondays means the week has arrived and as always we need to plan out weeks adn figure out what our priorities are.

So what do you have going on this week?

So what do you have going on this week? This week I am going to my first ever club. It will be a true night out with the girls which I haven't had in over a year! =)

Have you planned your fitness goals into the week yet? I will be doing some toning with squats, push-ups, and some sort of crunch throughout the week, along with upping my intensity of jogs. Sticking to mostly veggies, and drink more water!

So what do you have going on this week? Had a WIC appointment yesterday, and have a doctors appointment Fri. Not much else, except re-connecting with a friend who I hadn't realized moved back up here. Oh, and getting shrink wrap on my windows, so my house stays warmer this winter.

Have you planned your fitness goals into the week yet? I'm gonna make my plans, to start next Sunday. I think I'll see if my friend wants to work out with me, and check with my parents about getting our walks going again, one way or another.

So what do you have going on this week? Okay - gotta get back on the diet & exercise track. Broke up with my boyfriend Friday and already had a move planned for Saturday so it's been a stressful past week! But today I'm going to actually eat! And tomorrow I'll start my workouts again!

Have you planned your fitness goals into the week yet? Yes - resume the Couch to 5K training program and dust off Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and start that again!
