One of my favorite adn most dreaded parts of the week (depending on whats in store).

What are your plans for the weekend? Anything fun coming down the line?

Any impromptu exercise you might try to squeeze in?

What are your plans for the weekend? Anything fun coming down the line? Tonight is pizza/movie night with the kiddos. Tomorrow morning we're passing out bags with the cubscouts to collect food for the holidays and then the kids have their playoff soccer game. I HATE to do it but my nails are in DESPERATE need of TLC so I MAY have to drag the kids to the nail salon too. Sunday is the soccer championship game (which I think they'll be in lol) and they have a birthday party that day.

Any impromptu exercise you might try to squeeze in? Would like to break out a dvd or two to get back in the workout swing of things. I haven't done any exercise yet this month :-(

On Saturday mornings, I do this intense Crossfit class. It involves using weight training as a way to get cardio exercise. It is for people that think they are fit--LOL! It kicks butt every time and can be absolutely brutal.

On Sunday, our gym just started opening on Sunday, so I will do my regular workout--it's shoulders, pullups, pushups, squats, situps and cardio day. That frees me up to go to Tae Kwon Do class on Monday afternoon and sit at home READING or RELAXING Monday night--which is rare for me because I am always running kids somewhere. LOL

So how did the weekend go? Did the kids make the championship?

And exercise... I hope you got some in since Uh, yeah, the closest I got all weekend was playing with the kiddos in the back yard for a bit. I still dont understand 74 degrees outside in NOV???

OKay, I am super impressed you make it to the gym on the weekend, especially to that Crossfit class. I would so be laying over dead if I tried it in my current state.

And I hope tonight is plenty relaxing for you. You totally deserve the night off.
