On Saturday mornings, I do this intense Crossfit class. It involves using weight training as a way to get cardio exercise. It is for people that think they are fit--LOL! It kicks butt every time and can be absolutely brutal.
On Sunday, our gym just started opening on Sunday, so I will do my regular workout--it's shoulders, pullups, pushups, squats, situps and cardio day. That frees me up to go to Tae Kwon Do class on Monday afternoon and sit at home READING or RELAXING Monday night--which is rare for me because I am always running kids somewhere. LOL
