Hi everyone. I was reading through the workout buddy requests, and thought why not get a thread going where we can all raise hands and get a little online group going? Who's in? I am! Also maybe as we post we're in, we could come up with some idea's. Like to post 3-4x a week, maybe measure or weigh in once a week. Post a weekly exercise plan maybe on Sunday's? Or something to that effect? Whatcha think?
