I looked in the mirror yesterday and became disappointed. Then I stepped on the scale and decided I've got to do something. My name is Rachel,18, and for the past 3 years I've managed to go from a healthy weight (5'6 128) to 160lbs. I need to do something about my weight. That's why I put this post. My friends are all skinny and it'd be embarrassing to ask them to help me. I'm looking for a weight loss buddy to go for walks/jogs at the American River in the afternoon after I get off work. I'm really motivated and looking for someone who feels the same way. I want skinny jeans for winter -not sweats! Thank you!
