Its Tuesday!!

I don't have to be at work! But I do get to spend the whole day on planes... haha.
We had a fun weekend celebrating our anniversary, but didn't run much! I did 6 last night at the gym. I'll catch up this week I think.

What's everyone up to today? Anything fun?

Hey ladies! It's zumba night for me. Emily's birthday party went well except that she got choked on her cake. She is fine and it was few seconds of terror for me but we just had to pat her back a few times and she was fine. It was a long tiring weekend and did manage to run Saturday morning but that was it. Last night I got in a 4 mile run, 2 mile walk with Emily yesterday afternoon and played some wii fit plus. Back at work today waiting to here that my cousin is a daddy!

Have a great day ladies!

Karla happy belated anniversary. Safe travels.

Busy day here. I am heading to the gym for a 30 minute Pilates class followed by my usual hour long Strength class. After that, I am taking the kiddos to see Nick's Grandpap at the hospital. They are still not sure if he is going to have surgery or not because he is 86 and might not be able to handle it. Nick took a half day yesterday and went to see him but I had to work.

Tonight is Em's dance class, which means I have 40-45 minutes to get a run in at the indoor track there. I'll just plan on 4 miles and if I have extra time, I can sit and gossip with the other Moms. *LOL* I am pretty sure they already think I am crazy because they kept looking at me as I passed them all sitting in the hallway while I was on the track. I don't know why people would rather sit there for 45 minutes than at least walk around the track. It's not like you can see into the dance class.

Good morning!

I ran a mile and did level 1 of Shred last night, and feel remarkably good today, other than my butt. But it was hurting all day yesterday too, so I'm not really sure what's going on there. It mainly hurts to sit. LOL

I'm planning to do the same thing again tonight, but this time I'm putting the cats up first. Crunches are hard when your arms keep getting attacked.

Ok, I need to be working on a survey for some group. Is it really only Tuesday??????

Karla--I hope you have safe travels today! I can't believe you just had your first anniversary. Where has the time gone?
Noel--Congratulations on having a new baby in the family! I'm glad Emily's birthday went well!
Maria--Who cares if the other moms think you're crazy? You're hotter than them!

Am I up to anything fun today! Yeah, baby...heading to the H1N1 clinic!! Woohoo! <sarcasm> We live just inside a less populated county than all the ones around us, so hopefully it will be relatively easy...my friend waited in line 3.5 hours last week, though that was a well-publicized thing. I probably won't be allowed to get one, but DH, DS4 and DD2 will.

Logged 4 miles with 6X2:00 intervals. It was 32' out, so I had on long pants, long-sleeve tech shirt, running jacket, hat, and gloves, and was almost too warm! Good to know, since it's only gonna get colder...
