Hi Bonnie! Glad you’re back. I guess I forgot that everyone doesn’t weigh themselves every day. I’ve always done that (when I’m dieting, that is). Not that I really expect a lot, I just want to know what is happening. Yes, I’m a bit of a control freak, I admit it.
Last summer I tried writing down everything I ate for a few weeks and didn’t like it – too boring and it didn’t really help me – unless all that writing took up time I would have otherwise spent eating.
I’m just getting off to a slow start this week. But I’ll get better (I hope).
