On your Slim-Fast Plan you would be allotted the following:
1 Slim-Fast Meal On-The-Go (Shake or Meal Bar)
1 Slim-Fast Meal Combination (Shake or Meal Bar plus 200 calories...i.e. half a turkey sandwich)
1 Sensible Meal (approximately 500 calories)
4 Fruits or Vegetables
1 Snack (approximately 120 calories)
We recommend having your breakfast within an hour or two of waking up. Then continue to eat every 2-3 hours from there. That will help to prevent hunger and overeating later on. Also, be sure to drink your 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water, and engage in at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise on most days of the week.
