First, the Slim-Fast Plan can help if you want to lose 10 pounds or 100 pounds! No matter what, we recommend a healthy rate of weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week. This way, the weight loss will be more maintainable in the long-term.
As for the PCOS, I do recommend that you consult your physician regarding how many grams of carbohydrates you should aim for throughout the day.
