Hello. I have started today the SBD. I had a go at this diet some time ago and for two months I did not see any results, unfortunately. I don't know what I have done wrong in the past. I am really trying this time. It would be nice to see the results as a lot of you say see after a couple of weeks. Do you have any tips???? I need to lose 50 pounds.

br. Two boiled eggs                                one boiled egg and 3-4oz. of law fat havarty

sn. 15 Almonds                                       15 Almonds

lun. 3-4oz of law fat havarty                  one boiled egg, 3oz. havarty, 2tbl. sp. olive oil mayo

sn. 1 egg, 2oz cheese                                                       

din. 4 turkey sausages,                         chilli with chiken, pepers, beans, mushrooms

3 baby cucumbers

drinks. water and 4cups of black           3 cups of tea, black with lemon and sweet n low

tea with lemon and sweet-n low

Hi,

A few things that I notice.  You have a lot of cheese in your menu.  Cheese is calorie dense and could stall your weight loss.  Switch to another leaner form of protein like deli turkey breast or chicken breast. 

Are your turkey sausage low fat?  Be sure that they don't have more than 6 grams of fat per serving.

You need 4 1/2 cups of vegetables every day.  Try to make that happen.

I don't see any dairy.  It's recommended to have 1 or 2 cups of milk (low fat or skim) or non-fat plain yogurt daily.
