discussion title: New month, fresh start
Hi all! I've been here too, about a year ago, trying to lose pregnancy weight. I had actually been quite successful losing 20 lbs 2 years ago on Phase 2, post-pg and had another 10 lbs to lose to reach the pre-pg goal. So a year ago I tried Ph1, lost 5 lbs, got discouraged by the result, got off the diet, gained 6 lbs back in 2 weeks. Soon after I got a FT job, quit the gym, stopped working out. I miss the gym terribly, as well as a healthier wiser food regime. Overall, I tend to watch what I eat - try to eat right, rarely have sweets (maybe once per week), don't overeat or eat junk. With all of this taken into account I'm not losing weight, but able to maintain what I've got for the past 2 years. BUT I'm still carrying around those 10 lbs, which I'd love to lose. So I guess I'm looking for discipline and certainly, to lose 10 lbs! So I've started Phase 1 today! Wish me luck!
