Hi everyone! I've been gone for a few months and really fell off track. I just found out a few weeks ago that I am pregnant and have already gained 10 lbs, YIKES!!!! My doctor suggested that I follow Phase 3 of South Beach. My plan is to hang out, journal and try to stay on track. I gained 65 lbs with Emma and it took me almost a year to lose it after she was born, I don't want to go through that again.
I'm queasy all day long and eating helps so I always feel like I'm snacking and I'm never really hungry for a meal. I think I need to increase my protein and my fluids.
