OK...if it isn't one thing, it is another. Well, now it is trick or treat candy. We took the kids trick or treating at the campground last weekend...and now the candy keeps saying "eat me...eat me"...ALL DAY LONG. I have been doing ok so far. Yes I have had a few pieces, but I want more. I need to get this out of my house. :(

Hi, Vicky.  Remember me? :)

so you're getting a head start on the halloween candy ?  lol

You have a few choices.  Either throw it out or give it away.  I recently read a suggestion to freeze it & take out a piece at a time.  That might not work for me since it'll still be here & available, but might work for you? If not, just get rid of it!  you dont need the temptation & kids dont need that much candy, either.  Hugs.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

Of course I remember you Ludam. :) I put the candy away...I am hoping that out of sight out of mind will help...at least a little. I wanted a piece SO bad but instead I ate some yummy strawberries. It seemed to have done the trick...for now anyways. I just have to ask myself...HOW BAD DO YOU WANT THIS?? I am sure I will have my good days and my bad days, but hopefully I will be able to have more good ones! I think I am going to freeze some of the candy to pull out for x-mas...that way we won't have to buy much to put in Christmas stockings...it will save my butt now and my wallet later. ;)
