Well here we are in November with Thanksgiving just around the corner. What is your weight loss/ weight maintainance goal for this month? How can we help you reach this?
Up here in CAnada Thanksgiving has come and gone - so my next big goal will be Christmas. Not sure if I have a real weight loss goal, but am continuing to run and hope to complete the Resolution Run 5K on January 1st!
I am working on losing 1 to 2 pounds a week. I have been eating better, and I have been walking just about every day. I have also been drinking more water. Hopefully I can stay on track this time. I need all of the support I can get!!
