We liked the 300 calorie segment very much, great information!

much the same as your breakfast, but 2 eggs and 1/2 c oatmeal (cooked the oatmeal turns into much more) is about 300 calories.

we love the Wendy's chili

Thanks for the info!

Thanks for the feedback! I like your idea as well. Stay tuned - we're doing 500 calories on Friday.

Hope your plan is going well!! All the best!

dr_fernstorm - Best (well, at least the QUICKEST) way to burn 100 calories? That's easy! Just catch my sex maniac hubby at the beer joint, and take him home with you! Just kidding! Lol.

I don't know about the calorie count, but I shave sweet potatoes real thin with a potatoe peeler and drizzle with evoo and roast on high.

they make a sweet potatoe chip and give crunch and munch to tv time..LOL

I love them.  I heard people can do this with parsnip also but I haven't tried that one.

pickle is a great idea but can't handle that sodium.

I actually have become addicted to a frozen veggie mix I steam in the microwave. I had cayenne pepper and...mmmm.

I also am a cheese lover, so my 100 calories is the veggies sprinkled with a little cheese. Let it melt and it is a really good snack.
