YIKES! Do I ever!!! For me it is alcohol. I try to stay away from the stuff, but DH likes to have a drink or two some nights and wants me to have some too. I'm ok if I stay under an ounce of light rum or vodka, but if I have more than that, then binge mode hits.

So for me, alcohol is a major trigger for me, and I know it it, and try to stay away from the stuff as much as I can!

Doritos. Like...a whole jumbo bag.

And I just can't buy them!
Pretzels are a substitute if I'm really dying for salty snack food.

starches

triggers are biscuits, bagels, english muffins, that type of thing

how to combat:---avoidance----I haven't had a bagel in about 8 months now...LOL

last time I tried to eat a mini bagel I went insane and ate 3 of them..LOL..and yes it triggered me wanting more and more and more starches.

My beer is a starch also.---POO

So basically I eat no bread products at all.  Best way for me to combat this trigger.  I am used to it now..LOL

Alcohol's a big one for me too.  It's like good judgement flies out the window and I end up eating a lot of crap.

Basically I don't drink nearly as much as I used to!  LOL
