Thanks to this challenge I'm at goal wt!
This challenge has really opened my eyes and taught me a lot about myself and my goals. I have learned great food choices, exercise tips, worked though scale (and esteem) issues and tons of other valuable knowledge that I know I can implement into my next life phase of weight maintenance.
Thank you ALL so much for your support, motivation, inspiration, and friendship! Thanks also to our experts here for all of your help. I know with all your tips I will be a success!
I have decided that 139/140 is my goal weight. I have been struggling with this for a while now and have come to the conclusion that I am in my healthy range, I am happy with myself, I am confident and feel great. What more could I want? The scale is not my dictator any more ;) :) and some *magic* number really isn't. It is more important how I feel inside and out, and how I look. I am the only one who can be happy with me, and I really am now. So, thank you all for helping me see this!
