ok so my question is--- is it normal to be tired all the time?? I usually go to bed about 11pm get up about 7am, get the kids off to school- then when my schedual permits I go back to bed from 8:45am-11:15am then I get my son then later when he naps I nap too from about 2:30pm- 4:00pm
so am I not getting good enough sleep at night or nutrition ( a friend told me she was tired and it was lack of B12) any thoughts??
