Here is the rotation for the Body Sculpting System #1. This is Cardio Sculpt, Body Sculpt and Ab Sculpt. All of these rotations and many more are posted at the Firm YaYas website.

How to Use Your 30-Day Rotation Calendar
The 30-Day Rotation Calendar ... shows you which FIRM video to use for each day of the week. It was designed to gradually introduce to you The FIRM workouts, by adding one video per week, so that by week 4 you will be rotating all 3 FIRM Body Sculpting Videos. We recommend that you follow the calendar as closely as possible, in order to maximize your results. It may seem like a lot of rest, but we really assure you that this is the way to go! If you need an extra day of rest ... REST! If you cannot complete a workout, do what you can and then cool down. Try to do a little more each time you exercise. If you need to incorporate a video every other week and it takes 8 weeks to rotate all of the videos, that's fine too! This is just a guide! Everyone's body is different -- you may be a beginner, intermediate or advanced exerciser! Go at your own pace!
- Week 1 introduces you to The FIRM workouts with the Cardio Sculpt video. You will rest every other day. We recommend that you do not use weights in week one!
- Week 2 introduces the Ab Sculpt to your routine in conjunction with Cardio Sculpt.
- Week 3 you will add Body Sculpt to your repertoire.
- Week 4 incorporates and rotates all of your FIRM Body Sculpting System.
Once you have reached week 4, you can continue to interchange the videos as designed for you on the calendar or design a rotation that fits your lifestyle and video preference.
Remember:
- Go at your own pace. Don't jump ahead.
- On your rest days ... REST!
- If you cannot complete an entire workout of any video, don't be discouraged. Perform what you can and then try to do a little more each time you work out.
- When using dumbbells, select a weight that suits your fitness level and your needs. You will want to vary your weight for different exercises, since some are easier than others.
